The idea for the gardening break was inspired by new Channel 4 lifestyle programme, Landscape Man. The programme is presented by Matthew Wilson, a landscape expert who helps couples with their ambitious plans to design and create bold and beautiful gardens. The programme's content combined with its May transmission provided an excellent platform for a contextually themed ad break.

The idea was to create an exclusive and engaging commercial break relating to all things horticultural and outdoor which would encourage people to get into their gardens during the bank holiday weekend. We were happy to involve an excellent range of relevant commodities from lawn mowers to a hay fever remedies.
