APITS is the market-leading international property buying magazine from Channel 4 Magazines which enhances and supports the APITS programme on Channel 4. Launched in 2004, Grand Designs is THE monthly magazine for the design/aspirational end of the self-build market. With a monthly circulation of over 34,000, of which 9,000 are subscribers, this magazine caters for those who are aspirational self-builders, and also those with a voyeuristic interest in other people's projects, much like the Grand Designs TV programme on Channel 4.
Kevin McCloud is editor-at-large and provides a monthly column as well as regular features on properties that are featured in the hit Channel 4 TV show and others that are not 'TV houses' but which are included in the magazine by virtue of their individuality, design and sheer ambition.
