There are now more women millionaires aged 25-44 than men, and its forecast that by 2025 women will own 60% of the nation's personal wealth. A third of all British women are financially independent, and almost a quarter earn at least as much as their partner. As a result, women are now increasingly at the heart of the decision making process, often seizing the initiative when it comes to paying the bills, buying a car, booking holidays, DIY projects or moving home.

What do they spend their hard earned cash on? Outside of work how do they spend their time? Crucially, how should advertisers communicate with this increasingly affluent and important group of "working women"?
