Edie (Nicollette Sheridan) is shocked by news she receives at the gynaecologist's office, sparking gossip through Fairview. An unexpected visitor discovers Bree's (Marcia Cross) pregnancy is a hoax, and the arrival of new neighbours at Wisteria Lane has everyone intrigued.

Meanwhile, it is only a matter of time before Carlos and Gaby's affair is discovered. And an old favourite returns to stir everything up.
