A year after losing their larger than life family patriarch and three weeks since hearing from Justin (Dave Annable) in the Middle East, the Walker family struggle to find cheer in their lives.

Nora Walker (Sally Field) continues to try and pull the family together but is so anxious by Justin's absence things immediately start to go wrong; Sarah (Rachel Griffiths) fights to salvage what's left of her failing marriage; Kevin (Matthew Rhys), learns the hard way about the sacrifices that true love brings; Tommy (Balthazar Getty) is at a loss as to how to provide the emotional support needed by his overwhelmed wife, Julia, after the death of their newborn son, while Kitty (Calista Flockhart), gets a first hand look at the challenges of being engaged to U.S Senator Robert McCallister (Rob Lowe).

Meanwhile, Saul (Ron Rifkin) continues to question his identity after a visit from an old friend, and the family's newest member, Rebecca (Emily VanCamp), tries desperately to find her place in this very complex family puzzle

Brothers and Sisters is created by Ken Olin (Thirtysomething) and playwright Jon Robin Baitz (The West Wing) and premieres on E4 this March.
